Rules

Rules The following rules apply to all the games and/or game types. If you are in doubt of any of the points below please contact us using the contact page at http://www.armycommander.net/contact. Note that complaints and inquires regarding particular accounts will only be disclosed to their owners for privacy reasons.

Accounts

Each account is entitled to be played by a single player at any time. Account exchanges must be done by an admin. Once a given account changes owner, one month must pass before it may change ownership again. Bug using

Using a bug for anyone`s profit intentionally or not reporting a bug intentionally is strictly forbidden. You should report the bug using the contact page found at http://www.armycommander.net/contact.

Scripting

Using a program as interface between the player and the game is prohibited. Any other form of automatically generated information generated that will give the user advantage is forbidden as well.

Real-life threats

Implying that you are going to locate and harm another player, team member, admins , or any person that might be related in any way to any of our services is forbidden.

Insults and Spam

Any kind of insult and spam are not allowed.

Language

The game admin reserves the right to exclude players, who are not able to speak the respective native language.

Breach of the rules

Any kind of breach of the rules will be punished with warnings up to a permanent ban of the account. The corresponding admin decide the type and duration of punishments and are contact persons for bans.

Exceptions

The game admin reserves the right to have exceptions to these rules. In special cases (e.g. during events) game rules can be changed or suspended. The user group concerned will be informed when and if this is the case.
Extended rules The following rules apply to all games except for those games who explicitly say otherwise.

Users on same network

It's forbidden to contact any other user that uses the same network in any way that's profitable for the user. This includes attacking, defending, spying, resource exchanging resources and other things that help the user. Unfair profit

It is not allowed for any account to obtain unfair profit out of a user in a matter of resources. For example: resources sent from a user to another user with nothing of similar value in return.
